Our online booking platform, Timely is the most popular option to book an appointment. You can access available times on our website or socials by clicking the 'Book Now' button at any time of the day or night. During business hours, you can also call us on 4843 3344 to schedule or alternatively via DM on Messenger/Instagram or email.

We do not request any deposits upfront. However, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

To make changes to your appointment (including rescheduling or cancellation) you can do this via the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly on phone, email or social media. We are always happy to assist you here and will work with you to find a more convenient day or time.

You'll receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment as well as a SMS confirmation request 24 hours prior. Kindly reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel. We really appreciate your response here as it helps us offer the appointment slot to someone else if you're unable to attend.

We run to schedule in clinic and want to ensure that you have enough time for your appointment without feeling rushed. No need to arrive early - just please aim to be on time. If you anticipate running late, just let us know and we'll make every effort to accommodate you.

We recommend booking a follow up/review clinic visit 2-4 weeks post treatment. We understand that schedules can be busy, we also offer the flexibility to conduct the appointment over the phone or via Skype at a time that works for you.
